Shipping & returns

How long it takes

Nothing is kept in stock, so your piece is made after you order it. That puts delivery somewhere between 7 and 21+ days, depending on where you are.

Inside the US, expect it within 7-10 days of buying. Outside the US it runs longer, toward the top of that range.

If you need something for a specific date, email before you order and I'll tell you honestly whether it's realistic.

Where it ships

United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. If you're somewhere else and you want something, email me and I'll see what it costs.

Returns

Because each piece is made for your order, returns are limited to faults. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email support@onmyown.clothing with a photo and I'll replace it or refund it. No argument.

Wrong size

If it doesn't fit, email me. I can't take back a made-to-order piece as a matter of course, but I'd rather sort something out than have you stuck with a hoodie you can't wear - so ask.

Payment

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Card details never touch this site.
